How many photos will I receive and how long until I receive them?
I never give exact amounts because I want sessions to be as natural as possible so I generally give rough estimates. For weddings, I typically give back 500+ photos. For regular sessions, I typically give back 35+ photos (the more time we spend together the more photos you'll receive). For all sessions, I provide a preview gallery within a week of our time together. Weddings and Elopements are a quoted time of 6-8 weeks and other sessions are a quoted time of 4-6 weeks.
How do payment and contract sighing work?
Whether it’s a wedding/elopement or a photo session, I require half of the total amount due upon booking. For weddings/elopements, the remaining balance will be due two weeks out from your wedding day. For photo sessions, the rest of the remaining balance will be due the day of. If you require a payment plan that extends past the day we spend time together, please let me know when booking and we will discuss it! I try to be flexible with payment because I understand how big of an investment paying for photos is, but please note that you will not receive your photo gallery until you pay in full. I currently accept payment through cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App. For contracts, I require that they be signed within 48 hours of booking. I cannot guarantee your date until you sign and submit both the contract and retainer fee!
Do you cover travel and lodging?
This is dependent upon where you are located! Mileage for all services within a 3-hour radius of Decatur, IL is covered. Lodging and mileage for services outside of that radius will be provided by the couple. Mileage in the state of Illinois is $0.63 per mile. Mileage and lodging will be configured during the second consult.
Where do you travel to?
Currently, I travel all throughout the U.S. states and territories! While I am based out of the midwest, I am always open to an adventure. Details such as transportation and lodging are to be covered by the couple and will be discussed in both consults. Starting in 2025, I will be offering out of United States destination services!

Discount FAQs
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes, I do! All active service members and veterans receive 15% off of their session, as well as $20 off prints. This applies to first responders, as well. Just make sure to mention it during the booking process!
Do you offer travel discounts?
While I can't change the prices of travel, I can offer discounts under certain circumstances! If your session is in or near a location on my bucket list, I will offer a certain amount off of our time together. If your session is in or near a location where I have friends or family that I can stay with, you won't have to pay for lodging if I am able to stay with them!
Do you ever offer discounts for weddings?
If your wedding is during the months of January-March, you can save $200 by booking with me. And if your wedding isn’t during those months, no biggie! Follow my socials to keep up-to-date as I announce offers throughout the year.
I’m a senior who booked with you and referred a friend who booked with you, as well. Do we get any incentives?
Of course! Your friend will receive 25% off their session and if your session has not been paid in full yet, you will receive that same discount. If your session has paid in full, you’ll receive cash back!
